Land Disposal Restrictions. “LDR” Note: In this Appendix, no acronyms are used in the listing of any mailing address.
Land Disposal Restrictions. (“LDR”) means provisions of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations, 6 CCR 1007-3 §268, that prohibits the land disposal of hazardous wastes into or on the land unless EPA has determined that it will not endanger human health and the environment. EPA has established levels or methods of treatment that wastes must meet before wastes are land disposed.
Land Disposal Restrictions or "LDR" means the land disposal restrictions set forth in the HWCA section 25179.6 and 22 CCR section 66268.

  • Land disposal means placement in or on the land, except in a corrective action management unit or staging pile, and includes, but is not limited to, placement in a landfill, surface impoundment, waste pile, injection well, land treatment facility, salt dome formation, salt bed formation, underground mine or cave, or placement in a concrete vault, or bunker intended for disposal purposes.

  • Land disposal facility means the land, buildings, structures and equipment that are intended to be used for the disposal of wastes into the subsurface of the land. For purposes of this chapter, a "geologic repository" as defined in 10 CFR Part 60 or 10 CFR Part 63 is not considered a land disposal facility.

  • Deed Restrictions means the deed restrictions to be recorded with respect to the Land, which deed restrictions shall be subject to the Director's approval and shall be commensurate with the nature and purpose of the Land as stated in the Recipient's application for grant funds under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27. The Deed Restrictions shall be perpetual and shall not be amended, released, extinguished or otherwise modified without the prior written approval of the Director, in the Director's sole discretion, who shall have full enforcement authority, as set forth more specifically in Section IX of this Agreement.

Land-disturbing activities include, but are not limited to, development, re-development, demolition, construction, reconstruction, clearing, grading, filling, and excavation.

  • Land disturbing construction activity means any man-made alteration of the land surface resulting in a change in the topography or existing vegetative or non-vegetative soil cover, that may result in runoff and lead to an increase in soil erosion and movement of sediment into waters of the state. Land disturbing construction activity includes clearing and grubbing, demolition, excavating, pit trench dewatering, filling and grading activities.

  • South West Land Division means the South West Land Division as defined by Section 28 of the Land Act 1933-1971 excluding the area contained within the Metropolitan Area.

  • Company Restricted Shares means shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Plan, or issued upon “early exercise” of an option granted under a Company Equity Plan, that remain subject to one or more unsatisfied vesting or vesting-equivalent forfeiture or repurchase conditions.

  • Restricted Assets means all licenses, permits, franchises, approvals or other authorizations from any Governmental Authority from time to time granted to or otherwise held by the Company to the extent the same constitute “Excluded Assets” under (and as defined in) the Senior Lien Documents or the Junior Lien Documents or are similarly carved out from the granting clause or the collateral thereunder.

  • Company Restricted Stock means each share of restricted Company Common Stock issued by the Company, which is subject to vesting conditions and rights to repurchase or reacquire by the Company, whether granted by the Company pursuant to a Company Option Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted and whether vested or unvested.

  • Qualified agricultural property means that term as defined in section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.
