Land Development Code definition

Land Development Code means the Titles 4 and 14 of the Ordinances for the City of Bismarck.
Land Development Code means the Santa Fe Code of Ordinances chapters that regulates all development activity within the City limits. Also known as “Chapter 14”.
Land Development Code means the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, Title 19, as amended.

Land Development Code means the Prescott City Land Development Code passed by Resolution 3541 on July 8, 2003 and current through Ordinance 5041-1581 passed July 25, 2017.
Land Development Code means the City's Land Development Code in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Land development means the erection of buildings or structures on land, or the change of use of land, including township establishment, the subdivision or consolidation of land or any deviation from the land use or uses permitted in terms of an applicable land use scheme;

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

The density bonus shall be permitted in geographic areas of the housing development other than the areas where the units for the lower income households are located.

  • Agricultural producer means a person that engages or wishes to engage or intends to engage in the business of producing and marketing agricultural produce in this state.
