Land Agreement definition

Land Agreement means any agreement relating to land and includes a land purchase and sale agreement, a mortgage of land and an agreement to lease land;

Land Agreement means the land agreement entered into between the Project Company and the Landowner with respect to the Site in connection with the Project10.

Land Agreement means an agreement between undertakings which creates, alters, transfers or terminates an interest in land, or an agreement to enter into such an agreement, together with any obligation and restriction to which Article 5 applies;
