Land Acquisition Costs definition

Land Acquisition Costs means all costs and expenses actually paid in connection with the Land Acquisition Agreements or otherwise in connection with the acquisition from a Third Party of land, right-of-way, or other real property interests: (a) within the Project Site; or
Land Acquisition Costs with respect to any Leased Property means the Funded Amounts advanced for the purpose of acquiring the related Land, including any xxxxxxx money deposits and all other amounts payable under the related Purchase Agreement, together with all interest and transaction expenses allocated to Land Acquisition Costs and capitalizable as land acquisition costs in accordance with GAAP.
Land Acquisition Costs means the “Purchase Price” payable under Section 2 the Contract of Sale and the additional consideration payable under Section 2(b) of the Contract of Sale.

More Definitions of Land Acquisition Costs

Land Acquisition Costs means the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Developer in connection with the acquisition of land required for the Eligible Improvements.

Land Acquisition Costs means the full cost of all land to be acquired for the Ballpark Project, either by fee simple title or other control, and either through negotiated purchase or eminent domain, including the cost of legal proceedings in eminent domain, and compensation for relocation, goodwill, fixtures, equipment, environmental remediation, and related costs, as described in the MOU.
Land Acquisition Costs has the meaning ascribed to this term in Schedule B.
Land Acquisition Costs. With respect to any Amphitheater, all amounts expended and costs incurred (other than Construction Costs and Soft Costs) in connection with the acquisition of a site for the construction of such Amphitheater, including, without limitation, (i) the payment of the purchase price for such site, (ii) all brokerage fees and other commissions incurred in connection with the Acquisition of such site, (iii) all option payments and fees payable in connection with the Partnership's acquisition of such site and (iv) all lease payments and lease deposits payable until the Construction Completion Date under the terms of any ground lease which grants to the owner of such Amphitheater possessory rights to, and use of, such site.
