Labor Management Procedures definition

Labor Management Procedures means the labor management procedures to be adopted by the Recipient in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Association, pursuant to the ESCP, setting out the Project’s approach and requirements to labor in meeting national requirements as well as the objectives of ESS #2 (on labor and working conditions and ESS #4 (on community health and safety), including procedures on incident investigation and reporting, recording and reporting of non- compliance, emergency preparedness and response procedures, protection of project workers from discrimination, forced labor and child labor, occupational health and safety, codes of conducts and continuous training and awareness for workers, as said instrument may be updated from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association.
Labor Management Procedures or “LMP” means the document to be prepared by the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank, and in accordance with Environmental and Social Standard 2, setting out inter alia the overview of the labor use in the Project, an assessment of potential Project-related labor risks, the types of Project workers and their terms and conditions of employment, the age of employment, the details of the Project dedicated grievance mechanism to be provided to direct workers and contracted workers, and occupational health and safety requirements for Project workers; as the LMP may be revised from time to time, with prior written agreement of the Borrower, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such LMP.
