Labor Controversies. Except as set forth on SCHEDULE 4.20 hereto, with respect to the Lee-XXXC Stations and the Acquired Companies, as the case may be, no such company is a party to, or bound by, any collective bargaining agreement, contract or other agreement or understanding with a labor union or labor union organization. There is no material unfair labor practice or labor arbitration proceeding pending or, to the knowledge of Lee-XXXC and each Acquired Company, threatened against any such company.
