Lab Equipment definition

Lab Equipment means the ICB prescribed suite of equipment as described in Exhibit E attached hereto which shall be owned by ICB and licensed for use to Licensee pursuant to the terms herein.
Lab Equipment for PUMHSW shall mean and include all Lab Equipment, literature, materials and articles to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract.
Lab Equipment means laboratory related equipment, fixtures and furnishings, including, but not limited to, laboratory benches and vented fume hoods and biosafety cabinets.

  • All office heating, lighting, electrical, air conditioning, floor to ceiling partitioning, drapery, carpeting, and floor installations made by Tenant (but excluding any Lab Equipment installed by ALZA or any ALZA Affiliate), together with all property that has become an integral part of the Premises, shall not be deemed trade fixtures.

  • During any period of replacement, repair or maintenance of the Shared Lab Equipment when such Shared Lab Equipment is not operational, including any delays thereto due to the inability to obtain parts or replacements, Landlord shall have no obligation to provide Tenant with alternative or back-up Shared Lab Equipment.

More Definitions of Lab Equipment

Lab Equipment means the ICB prescribed suite of equipment as described in Exhibit A attached hereto which shall be owned by AREF and used to perform Tissue Processing pursuant to the terms herein.
Lab Equipment means the tangible assets listed under the heading “Lab Equipment” on Schedule 1.86.
Lab Equipment means the Technology Company prescribed suite of equipment as described in Exhibit C attached hereto which shall be owned by Technology Company and used to perform Tissue Processing pursuant to the terms herein.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.
