KPMG Supplementary Report means the report prepared by KPMG entitled “Project Xxxxx Pro Forma FY 2007” dated 12 February 2008.
Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.
Summary report means the year end report containing the summary of a
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.
Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2016, prepared internally by the Borrower.
Closing Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.
Preliminary Report means the communication used for the prompt dissemination of data obtained during the early stages of the investigation;
RBC report means the report required by K.S.A. 40-2c02, and amendments thereto.
Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Case Report Form means a printed, optical or electronic document or database designed to record all of the information, which is required by the Protocol to be reported to the Sponsor on each Study Participant.
Initial Financial Statements means (a) the audited annual Consolidated financial statements of Borrower dated as of December 31, 2002, and (b) the unaudited quarterly Consolidated financial statements of Borrower dated as of September 30, 2003.
Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.
Engineers' Certificate means a certificate of the Consulting Engineers or of such other engineer or firm of engineers having a favorable repute for skill and experience in the engineering matters with respect to which such certification is required by this Master Indenture.
CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
Auditor’s Report means the auditor’s report on the Financial Report; “AEDT” means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
Annual Accountant’s Report is defined in Section 3.04(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).
insider report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.
Interim Report means a report identifying the contributions received and
Explanatory Statement means the explanatory statement which forms part of the Notice;
