Knowledge Party definition

Knowledge Party means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

More Definitions of Knowledge Party

Knowledge Party means the directors, officers and employees of FBGH and Seller who have Knowledge of the Business and who provided information to the Buyer about the Business, whether verbally, in writing or by providing documents in the Data Room, as part of the due diligence process.

Knowledge Party means with respect to any Party, such Party's (i) Chief Executive Officer, (ii) Chief Scientific or Medical Officer, and (iii) Chief Legal Officer, or any individual employed by the Party who performs such tasks. For clarity, the NRx's Knowledge Parties include the individuals listed on Schedule 1.33.
