Knowledge of Purchaser definition

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge (after due inquiry) of the persons identified in Section 11.06(b) of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule.

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the senior officers of the Purchaser or other employees of the Purchaser actively involved in the transactions contemplated hereby.

Knowledge of Purchaser as used herein with respect to Purchaser means the actual knowledge of Lawrxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxnnx Xxxxxxx, Xxuaxx X. Xxxxxx xxx/or R. Stepxxx Xxxxxxxx.
