Knowledge of Buyer definition
Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge, as of the date hereof, of the following personnel of Buyer after reasonable inquiry within the scope of their respective employment and responsibilities: Xxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge of any of the following personnel of Buyer set forth on Schedule 1.1(e) following reasonable due inquiry of such person’s direct reports.

Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge of Pxxxxxxx Xxxxx with respect to the matter in question, and such knowledge as such Person reasonably should have obtained upon diligence investigation and inquiry into the matter in question.
