KISA Handset definition

KISA Handset means a device with a customised appearance that we provide to you for use with the Service.

  • If you bought a KISA Handset from us within 6 months before cancellation, we will credit or refund a pro-rata portion of the purchase cost to you.

  • If you decide to receive this Optional Service, you can configure your KISA Handset to either: • reject all calls except for a list of approved numbers (Permitted List); or • accept all calls except for a list of blocked numbers (Blocked List).

  • If you decide to receive this Optional Service, your KISA Handset can be used to contact KISA in the event of an emergency.

  • Equipment Required for Use of ServiceA KISA Handset is required to use this Mobile Service.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Conventional filtration treatment means a series of processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration resulting in substantial particulate removal.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • T&Cs means these terms and conditions.
