Keys and Locks. Exterior entrance doors have deadbolt locks that are changed with each Tenant group change. Most bedroom doors have individually keyed knobs. One set of keys is provided to each Tenant without charge for use during the term. Additional or replacement keys are available for $10 each at our office. Locks may not be added or changed by the Tenant without written permission given by CP. Xxxx must be returned to our office or left inside the property prior to the move-out appointment to receive full credit. Xxxx received within 48 hours of the move-out will receive half credit and after 48 hours none.(See § 30)
Keys and Locks. No locks other than those provided by Landlord shall be -------------- placed on any doors without the written consent of the Landlord. Two (2) keys per lock will be furnished to Tenant by Landlord. Lock cylinders and keys shall be changed by Landlord at Tenant's expense upon receipt of written request from Tenant. All keys will be surrendered upon termination of Lease. Janitors and contract cleaners will be provided with a passkey to Tenant's premises unless Tenant declines in writing and thereby understands that Landlord will not be responsible for providing janitorial services and emergency access to that demised area. All requests for duplication of keys will be submitted to the building manager.
Keys and Locks. Upon move-in, the Landlord will provide the Tenant with one (1) apartment key and one (1) mailbox key. In the event replacement keys are needed, a new key will be issued to the Tenant upon payment of a replacement fee of $50.00 for the set of keys including apartment and mailbox keys. These keys must all be returned by the end of the lease. If a key is lost or stolen, it must be immediately reported to Landlord. The Tenant is responsible for contacting the Landlord immediately to report any lost, stolen or damaged key(s). There will be no other locks installed by the Tenant without Landlord’s prior written approval. If you are locked out after business hours, you may call the emergency maintenance and request to be let you in to your apartment. You will be required to post a $75.00 cash fee and provide current photo identification before being granted access. PARKING AND COMMUNITY AREAS: Tenants will receive one unassigned parking space per apartment. Additional street parking is available. Parking of boats, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, and trailers is not allowed unless written permission from landlord is obtained. Vehicles speed in the Community may not exceed 15 miles per hour. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant will park all vehicles at Tenant’s own risk and will maintain property insurance on Tenant’s vehicles. Landlord may fine or have unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles towed according to State law at the vehicle owner or operator’s expense at any time if it: (i) has a flat tire or is otherwise inoperable; (ii) is on jacks, blocks, or has a wheel missing; (iii) takes up more than one parking space;

  • Replacement Keys and Locks What You Are Covered ForIf You have Comprehensive cover and if the keys, lock transmitter or keyless entry system of the Vehicle are lost or stolen, We will pay up to £500 towards the cost of replacing:• All entry locks that can be opened by the missing item;• The lock transmitter, entry card and central locking system; and• The ignition and steering lockWe will not cover• The first £100 of any claims• If you have less than comprehensive cover.

  • Identity Theft - Keys and Locks We will reimburse the costs actually incurred for the replacement of keys and locks if an insured person’s keys are stolen at the same time as the theft of the insured person’s identity documents.

  • Yard trimmings means grass clippings, leaves, wood chips from tree parts, and brush.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Savings and Loan Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Office of Thrift Supervision pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1467(a) and the regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision promulgated thereunder.

  • Archives means the archives of Michigan.

  • Transient merchant means any person who engages in a temporary or itinerant merchandising business and in the course of such business hires, leases or occupies any building or structure whatsoever, or who operates out of a vehicle which is parked anywhere within the City limits. Temporary association with a local merchant, dealer, trader or auctioneer, or conduct of such transient business in connection with, as a part of, or in the name of any local merchant, dealer, trader or auctioneer does not exempt any person from being considered a transient merchant.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • Excluded Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.

  • Savings and loan association means an association established under Act No. 156 of the Public Acts of 1964, as amended, being sections 489.501 to 489.920 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, or a federal savings and loan association established under the laws of the United States having its main office in this state.

  • Store means any retail store (which may include any real property, fixtures, equipment, inventory and other property related thereto) operated, or to be operated, by any Loan Party.

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Transferred Books and Records means all books, ledgers, files, reports, plans, records, manuals and other materials (in any form or medium) to the extent of, or maintained predominantly for, the Business by the Seller’s Group (other than emails), including (without limitation) all books, records and other materials relating to the research, development and pre-clinical trials for each of the Products and the Product Expansions but excluding:

  • Low terrain means any area other than high terrain.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Water Main means (subject to Section 219(2) of the 1991 Act) any pipe, not being a pipe for the time being vested in a person other than the water undertaker, which is used or to be used by a water undertaker or licensed water supplier for the purpose of making a general supply of water available to customers or potential customers of the undertaker or supplier, as distinct from for the purpose of providing a supply to particular customers;

  • First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.

  • Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.

  • Computershare means Computershare Trust Company of Canada;
