Key Supplier Personnel definition

Key Supplier Personnel means the nominated personnel as contemplated under clause 28.11 of Schedule 1. Key Supplier Personnel may be identified in a CA Memorandum;
Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Personnel filling the positions designated in Schedule 5.4 as Key Supplier Personnel.
Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Governance Executive and such other members of the Supplier Staff designated as Key Supplier Personnel on Exhibit 13.

Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Personnel filling the positions designated as Key Supplier Personnel positions in a Supplement.

Key Supplier Personnel means the “Site Lead”, the Supplier Executive Sponsor and any other individual designated as “Key Supplier Personnel” in a Supplement. Supplier shall fill the positions specified as Key Supplier Personnel in accordance with this Section 8.2. Supplier shall identify and obtain Ascension Health and Eligible Recipient’s approval of the initial Key Supplier Personnel prior to the completion of any Transition Services, or if no Transition Services are to be performed under a particular Supplement, then prior to the Commencement Date.
