Key Properties definition

Key Properties means: Tower 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx; 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx; 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx; Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx. The Company has heretofore made available to Reckson, Crescent and Buyer (collectively, the "Buying Entities") complete and correct copies of its articles of incorporation and the by-laws of the Company (the "Articles of Incorporation" and "Company By-laws," respectively) as currently in effect.

More Definitions of Key Properties

Key Properties means the land and buildings at Oil Sites Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire comprising:
Key Properties means, collectively, (i) any Individual Property which contains greater than 200,000 square feet of main distribution building space and (ii) the Individual Property located in Englewood, Colorado and containing 68,721 square feet of space, which Individual Property is used by the Borrower for office purposes.
