Key Properties definition

Key Properties means: Tower 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx; 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx; 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx; Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx. The Company has heretofore made available to Reckson, Crescent and Buyer (collectively, the "Buying Entities") complete and correct copies of its articles of incorporation and the by-laws of the Company (the "Articles of Incorporation" and "Company By-laws," respectively) as currently in effect.

Key Properties means the land and buildings at Oil Sites Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire comprising:

Key Properties the Stratosphere, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder as of the Restatement Date, together with the other properties that may be acquired after the Restatement Date. A “Key Property” means any of the foregoing Key Properties, together with the other properties that may be acquired after the Restatement Date, including any property acquired in connection with the Acquisition.
