Key Member definition

Key Member means a member of Typhon’s Investment Committee, an Officer of Typhon, or a member of Typhon directly involved in Trading Activities.

Key Member means a Member holding, alone or together with its Affiliates and Related Funds, greater than 10% of the outstanding Units.

More Definitions of Key Member

Key Member means any of Rxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, A. Rama Krishna, Jxxx X. Xxxxx, Wxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Jxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx or Milestone Associates, L.L.C.
