Key Feature definition

Key Feature means a provision of the Plan which is necessary in order to meet the requirements of Schedule 4;
Key Feature means any provision of the CSOP Sub-Plan which is necessary to meet the requirements of Schedule 4;
Key Feature means a provision of this Plan which is necessary in order to meet the requirements of Schedule 4;

  • At the end of Rule 9.1, add the words “(having regard to the fact that, if an alteration or addition which does not solely relate to a special term is made at a time when the Plan is approved by HM Revenue & Customs under Schedule 4, the alteration or addition to any Key Feature will not thereafter have effect unless and until HM Revenue & Customs have approved the alteration or addition)”.

  • Save for an amendment pursuant to Rule 8.5, an amendment to a Key Feature of the Plan shall not have effect at a time when the Plan is approved by HM Revenue & Customs, until the amendment has been approved by HM Revenue & Customs under Schedule 3.

  • Notwithstanding Article L of the Plan, no amendment to a Key Feature of the Sub-Plan, whether taking the form of an amendment of the Plan or this Sub-Plan, shall take effect until it has been approved by the HM Revenue & Customs.

  • Written notice of any material amendments to this Scheme, meaning for purposes of this Rule 13 any amendment to a Key Feature, shall be given to all Optionholders by Unum European Holding Company Limited within a reasonable time after any such amendment is approved.
