Cutting means to penetrate with a sharp-edged instrument and includes sawing, but does not include shearing, slicing, or punching.
Drill means a response to a planned, simulated event.
Slippage means the difference between the expected price of a Transaction in a CFD, and the price the Transaction is actually executed at. Slippage often occurs during periods of higher volatility (for example due to news events) making an Order at a specific price impossible to execute, when market orders are used, and also when large Orders are executed when there may not be enough interest at the desired price level to maintain the expected price of trade.
borehole means a hole sunk into the earth for the purpose of locating, abstracting or using subterranean water and includes a spring;
Salvaging means the removal of solid waste from a solid waste
Excavation means the mechanical removal of earth material.
Rework and “Reworking” means subjecting a Product to one or more processing steps that are different from the established Manufacturing Process.
Casing means a pipe or tubing of appropriate material, of varying diameter and weight, lowered into a borehole during or after drilling in order to support the sides of the hole and thus prevent the walls from caving, to prevent loss of drilling mud into porous ground, or to prevent water, gas, or other fluid from entering or leaving the hole.
Spoil means excavated material which is unsuitable for use as material in the construction works or is material which is surplus to the requirements of the construction works;
concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;
ore means any rock soil or alluvium bearing diamonds mined from mining leases granted pursuant to this Agreement;
drilling means the act of boring a hole to reach a proposed bottom hole location through which oil or gas may be produced if encountered in paying quantities, and includes redrilling, sidetracking, deepening, or other means necessary to reach the proposed bottom hole location, testing, logging, plugging, and other operations necessary and incidental to the actual boring of the hole;
Inclement Weather means any weather condition that delays the scheduled arrival or departure of a Common Carrier.
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
CO2 means carbon dioxide.
Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.
mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;
Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.
Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
