Key Customer definition

Key Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 4.28.
Key Customer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.25.
Key Customer means key customers of the Target listed on Schedule 7.03(h).

Key Customer has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.17(a).

Key Customer means the top ten (10) customers of the FH Business during the last full fiscal year, set forth in Section A(7) of the Seller’s Disclosure Letter, based on dollar sales volumes of the FH Business during the twelve(12) month period ended December 31, 2016.
