Key Countries definition

Key Countries means ***.
Key Countries means Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, France, India, Italy, the People’s Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Key Countries means the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Japan.

Key Countries means at the time of measurement the Major Market Countries, and to the extent not included as a Major Market Country, the [***] in the Territory with respect to all pharmaceutical sales as reported by IMS, or by another independent Third Party source of market data selected by the Parties by mutual agreement.
