The parties to this PFA acknowledge that the obligations of the Limited Partnership shall not be personally binding upon, nor shall resort be had to, the property of any of the Limited Partners, their successors and assigns, or to the property of the Keeyask Cree Nations and that resort shall only be had to the property of the Limited Partnership or the property of its general partner.
