Jxxxx Act definition

Jxxxx Act means 46 U.S.C. sec. 50501 (a), (b), and (d), Chapters 121 and 551 of Title 46, United States Code entitled “Documentation of Vessels” and “Coastwise Trade,” respectively, and the laws pertaining to citizenship and related matters codified elsewhere in Title 46.
Jxxxx Act means 46 U.S.C. sections 50501 and 55101, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Jxxxx Act has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
