JV Party definition

JV Party means CDT Ltd. or Sumitomo. “JV Parties” means CDT Ltd. and Sumitomo.
JV Party shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
JV Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Performing Party As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Recipient Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information from the other Party.
