Jury Duty and Witness Duty. 1. Employees called for jury duty will receive their base rate of pay less the fee received for jury services. Such employee will promptly show his supervisor the jury summons and also show the court’s validation of jury service when completed.

Jury Duty and Witness Duty. 11.1 An Employee who is called for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness shall be excused from work for any day he is required to report for such jury or Crown witness duty and shall receive for each such day on which he otherwise would have worked, the difference between nine times his regular hourly rate and the payment he receives for jury or witness duty.
