Jurisdiction of the director means having direct administrative responsibility for all programs and personnel under this article. [PL 1995, c. 560, Pt. F, §13 (NEW).]

  • Jurisdiction means a province or territory of Canada except when used in the term foreign jurisdiction;

A sale (or multiple related sales) of one or more subsidiaries of the Corporation (whether by way of merger, consolidation, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all assets or securities) which constitutes all or substantially all of the consolidated assets of the Corporation shall be deemed a Sale of the Corporation.

  • ADR Organization means The American Arbitration Association or, if The American Arbitration Association no longer exists or if its ADR Rules would no longer permit mediation or arbitration, as applicable, of the dispute, another nationally recognized mediation or arbitration organization selected by the Sponsor.
