Jurisdiction; Arbitration. The laws of the State of Louisiana shall govern the interpretation, validity and effect of this Agreement without regard to the place of execution or the place for performance thereof. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration located in Houston, Texas administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules, and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, which judgment shall be binding upon the parties hereto.

The Parties agree that all disputes arising under, or relating to, this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the ICC Rules of Arbitration by a panel of three arbitrators. The arbitration shall be seated in Hong Kong, although hearings may take place anywhere that the arbitral tribunal deems convenient after consultation with the parties. The language of the proceedings shall be English.

Jurisdiction; Arbitration. (a) In the event of any controversy among the parties hereto arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement which cannot be settled amicably by the parties, such controversy shall be finally, exclusively and conclusively settled by mandatory arbitration conducted expeditiously in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules by a single independent arbitrator. Such arbitration process shall take place in Dallas, Texas. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties hereto and shall be rendered pursuant to a written decision, which contains a detailed recital of the arbitrator’s reasoning. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. Any proceeding or Action based upon, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The Law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong Law. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties hereto and the parties hereto undertake to carry out any award without delay. A request by a party hereto to a court of competent jurisdiction for interim measures necessary to preserve such party’s rights, including pre-arbitration attachments or injunctions, shall not be deemed incompatible with, or a waiver of, this agreement to arbitrate.
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. 14.1. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Contract or the GTC with Customers registered within the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, shall be the competent court in which the registered office of the Supplier (itself and not any branch of the Supplier) is located to the extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction; Arbitration. Each party hereto hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the State of New York, irrevocably waives any objection it may now or hereafter have to laying of the venue of any suit, action, or proceeding in connection with this Agreement in any such court, and hereby irrevocably waive any claim that any such suit, action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in any inconvenient forum. No suit, action or proceeding against the Company or the Director with respect to this Agreement may be brought in any court, domestic or foreign, or before any similar domestic or foreign authority other than in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York, and the Company and the Director hereby irrevocably waive any right which he may otherwise have had to bring such action in any other court, domestic or foreign, or before any similar domestic or foreign authority. The Company and the Director hereby submit accordingly to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such suit, action or proceeding, and further agrees that service upon it shall be sufficient if made by registered mail; provided, however, with respect to the provisions of this Agreement governed by the laws of the State of New York, any dispute hereunder or with regard to any document or agreement referred to herein, shall be resolved by arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in New York City, New York. The determination of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. In the event of any arbitration or other disputes with regard to this Agreement or any other document or agreement referred to herein, the Company shall pay the Directors legal fees and disbursements promptly upon presentation of invoices thereof, subject to an obligation of the Director to repay such amounts if an arbitrator finds the Directors positions in such arbitration or dispute to have been frivolous or made in bad faith.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Contract or the Purchasing Terms with Suppliers registered within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein shall be the competent court in which the registered office of the Company is located (itself and not any branch).
Jurisdiction; Arbitration. The validity, performance and interpretation of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State Washington, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute or claim arising under or with respect to this Agreement, which is incapable of resolution, will be resolved by arbitration before one (1) arbitrator in Seattle, Washington, in accordance with the Rules for Commercial Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The appointing agency shall be the AAA and the arbitrator shall apply Washington State law to both interpret this Agreement and fashion an award.
