Junk vehicles definition

Junk vehicles means any vehicle which has no engine, no working engine, missing doors or windows or is missing any tire or wheel or which is in any way disabled or not immediately capable of operation and/or has no current vehicle registration plates or has expired registration tags or any trailer that is missing doors or windows, missing any tire or wheel or which is in any way disabled and not immediately capable of its designed purpose and/or has no current vehicle registration plates or has expired registration tags.
Junk vehicles means any vehicle which is incapable of operation or use on the highway and which has no resale value except as a source of parts or scrap.

Junk vehicles means an automobile, truck, aircraft, boar, and/or recreation vehicle (or parts thereof any of the above) which is inoperable and currently is not licensed to legally travel roads, water or in the air, which is kept or stored on private property for a period of 15 days or more. Vehicles used in conjunction with a business operation, or with historic or authentic registration, which are licensed to legally travel roads, water or in the air, are not considered junk vehicles.
