Junior Shares definition

Junior Shares means the Common Shares and any other class or series of shares of beneficial interest of the Trust now or hereafter issued and outstanding over which the Series 1 Preferred Shares has preference or priority in the payment of dividends or in the distribution of assets on any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Trust.
Junior Shares means the common shares and any other class or series of shares of the Company now or hereafter issued and outstanding over which the Preferred Shares have preference or priority in either (i) the payment of dividends or (ii) the distribution of assets on any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company.
Junior Shares means the Common Shares and any other class or series of shares of beneficial interest of the Trust constituting junior shares of beneficial interest within the meaning set forth in paragraph (c) of Section 9 hereof.

Junior Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.
Junior Shares means the Common Shares, the Series 1998 Junior Participating Preferred Shares and any other class or series of shares of beneficial interest of the Company now or hereafter issued and outstanding over which the Series E Preferred Shares have preference or priority in the payment of dividends or in the distribution of assets on any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company.
