Junior Lien Notes definition

Junior Lien Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Junior Lien Notes means the $390,867,820 in aggregate principal amount 11.00% Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2022 of the Borrower having terms substantially as set forth in the Junior Lien Notes Offering Memorandum issued pursuant to the Junior Lien Indenture and any notes issued by the Borrower in exchange for, and as contemplated by, the Junior Lien Notes with substantially identical terms as the Junior Lien Notes.

  • A separate account may also be established within such fund as a bond reserve account to be funded on a junior lien basis in accordance with the resolution authorizing the issuance of the Junior Lien Bonds or Junior Lien Notes.

Junior Lien Notes means the notes of the City issued pursuant to Ordinance No.2019 – O0046 adopted by the City Council of the City of Lubbock on April 23, 2019. “LP&L” has the meaning specified in the preamble.
