Junior Collateral definition

Junior Collateral means with respect to any Junior Secured Party, any Collateral on which it has a Junior Lien.
Junior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Junior Debt Document or any other assets of the Borrower or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Junior Collateral Document as security for any Junior Obligation.
Junior Collateral means, (i) in the case of [A/R Lender], all Common Collateral consisting of CRG Senior Collateral and (ii) in the case of CRG, all Common Collateral consisting of A/R Facility Senior Collateral.

Examples of Junior Collateral in a sentence

  • Each Junior Collateral Agent agrees to execute and deliver all such releases and other instruments as shall reasonably be requested by any applicable Senior Collateral Agent to evidence and confirm any release of Junior Obligations Collateral provided for in this Section.
