Junior Agent definition

Junior Agent means, with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral, Term Loan Agent, and with respect to the Term Loan Priority Collateral, ABL Agent.

Junior Agent means (a) with respect to any Revolving Loan Priority Collateral, the Term Loan Agent and (b) with respect to any Term Loan Priority Collateral, the Revolving Agent.

Junior Agent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Junior Agent means the Administrative Agent under the Junior Credit Agreement.

Junior Agent means, with respect to any Common Collateral and any Prior Secured Party, each Agent representing Secured Parties whose Liens on such Common Collateral are Junior Liens.
