Judicial Council Data definition

Judicial Council Data means the Confidential Information, Personal Information, and any information, data, or content that is provided to or accessed by Contractor.
Judicial Council Data means all data and information of the Judicial Branch Entities or Judicial Council Contractors disclosed to or accessed by Contractor or Subcontractors, including all such data and information relating to the Judicial Branch Entities and their respective contractors, agents, employees, technology, operations, facilities, markets, products, capacities, systems, procedures, security practices, court records, court proceedings, research, development, business affairs and finances, ideas, concepts, innovations, inventions, designs, business methodologies, improvements, trade secrets, copyrightable subject matter, patents and other intellectual property and proprietary information.

Related to Judicial Council Data

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Provincial Council means a council established for a non-metropolitan province in terms of section 269 of the Constitution;

  • Judicial office means the office filled by any judicial officer.

  • Tribal Council means the governing body of the Band established pursuant to Article X of the Constitution.

  • Judicial officer means any justice or judge of a court of record or any county

  • Final Official Statement means the deemed final Official Statement, dated , 2023, which constitutes the final official statement delivered in connection with the Bonds, which is available from the MSRB.

  • Competent and reliable scientific evidence means tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that has been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.

  • Dean of Students means the Dean of Students, his/her designee(s), or his/her representative(s).

  • Ministerial Council means the Ministerial Council established by Part III.

  • Council Directive means Council Directive 89/552/EEC of 3 October 1989 on the co-ordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in Member States concerning the pursuit of television broadcasting activities as amended by Directive 97/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 June 1997 and by Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2007.   • Tribal Court means a court with jurisdiction over child custody proceedings and that is either a Court of Indian Offenses, a court established and operated under the code of custom of an Indian tribe or any other administrative body of a tribe that is vested with authority over child custody proceedings.

  • sitting means, in relation to a House, a period during which that House is sitting continuously without adjournment, and includes any period during which the House is in committee;

  • Special Court means a Court of Session designated as Special Court under sub-section (1) of section 43;

  • Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.

  • Pertinent Jurisdiction in relation to a company, means:

  • Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.

  • Independent Public Accountants means accountants or a firm of accountants that, with respect to the Company and any other obligor under the Securities or the Coupons, are independent public accountants within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commission thereunder, who may be the independent public accountants regularly retained by the Company or who may be other independent public accountants. Such accountants or firm shall be entitled to rely upon any Opinion of Counsel as to the interpretation of any legal matters relating to this Indenture or certificates required to be provided hereunder.

  • Chartered Accountant means a person practicing in India or a firm whereof all the partners practicing in India as a Chartered Accountant(s) within the meaning of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949;

  • Trial court means the court or agency from which an appeal or judicial review is taken.

  • municipal council or "council" means the council of a municipality referred to in section 18 of the Municipal Structures Act;

  • Federal Court means the Federal Court of Australia.

  • Certificate of a Firm of Independent Public Accountants means a certificate signed by an independent public accountant or a firm of independent public accountants who may be the independent public accountants regularly retained by the Company or who may be other independent public accountants. Such accountant or firm shall be entitled to rely upon an Opinion of Counsel as to the interpretation of any legal matters relating to such certificate.

  • Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;

  • Comptroller and Auditor General means the Comptroller and Auditor General of India appointed under article 148 of the Constitution of India.
