Judicial Branch Entities definition

Judicial Branch Entities means any California superior or appellate court, the Judicial Council of California, and the Habeas Corpus Resource Center.
Judicial Branch Entities means the JBE and any California superior or appellate court, the Judicial Council of California, and the Habeas Corpus Resource Center; these entities comprise the “Judicial Branch.”

  • If such licenses and rights cannot be validly assigned to or passed through to Judicial Branch Entities by Contractor without a Third Party’s consent, then Contractor will use its best efforts to obtain such consent (at Contractor’s expense) and will indemnify and hold harmless the JBE, Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel against all Claims arising from Contractor’s failure to obtain such consent.

  • In the event the JBE performs or contracts with a Third Party to perform any such service, Contractor shall cooperate in good faith with the Judicial Branch Entities and any such Third Party, to the extent reasonably required by the JBE.

  • The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.
