Examples of JPMCB in a sentence
All fees payable pursuant to the Commitment Letter or the Fee Letter, in each case dated as of May 2, 2017 by and among the Borrower, JPMCB, Xxxxx Fargo Bank Securities, LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, including the Upfront Fees (as defined in the Fee Letter), shall have been paid by the Borrower to each Lender.
The foregoing authorization shall remain in effect unless and until the Borrower Representative notifies JPMCB in writing that such authorization is revoked.
The Borrowers hereby authorize JPMCB and its affiliates, at their respective sole expense, but without any prior approval by the Borrowers, to publish such tombstones and give such other publicity to this Agreement as each may from time to time determine in its sole discretion.
