Joint Working Group definition

Joint Working Group means the joint working group established in accordance with the Operations Manual.
Joint Working Group means the working group constituted and working under the Joint Cooperation Committee;
Joint Working Group or “JWG”) to monitor and provide a forum to discuss and coordinate the Parties’ Early Development Program activities. Joint Working Group means the Project management team consisting of relevant staff of the Parties, being responsible for coordinating and promoting the construction and operation of the Project before the Project is completed and launched for production.

Related to Joint Working Group

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Steering Group means the Anti-Money Laundering Steering Group appointed pursuant to section 5;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
