Joint Venture Entity definition

Joint Venture Entity means any Joint Venture, any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of a Joint Venture or any JV Subsidiary.
Joint Venture Entity means any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association or other entity less than 100% of the ownership interests of which are owned by the Borrower or any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary thereof.
Joint Venture Entity means any joint venture or other jointly owned entity (whether a partnership, consortium, incorporated or unincorporated) where GasLog has either a majority ownership interest or effective managerial control.

Joint Venture Entity means a Subsidiary of the Borrower which is not a Wholly Owned Subsidiary but which is consolidated with the Borrower and as to which the full financial, sale and other major decision making powers are controlled by the Borrower.
