Joint Tariff definition

Joint Tariff means the tariff publications applicable to the Joint Tariff Service, including the Rates Tariff, the Rules and Regulations Tariff, and any supplements and revisions thereto, as may be filed and maintained with the RRC from time to time for the Joint Tariff Service rendered in intrastate commerce.
Joint Tariff means a tariff that contains only joint rates, which are rates that apply for transmission service over the lines or routes of two or more transmission providers, made by an agreement between the transmission providers.
Joint Tariff means the tariff publications applicable to the Joint Tariff Service, including supplements and revisions thereto, as filed and maintained by Carrier with the FERC for the transportation of Crude Petroleum in interstate commerce in connection with Medallion Pipeline Company, LLC.
