Joint Projects definition

Joint Projects. : shall mean the projects established under the umbrella of AACO, which two or more members voluntarily opt to join and that are funded by the members participating in that project whose establishment is endorsed by the Committee.
Joint Projects an Opportunity awarded by a Customer to one of the Parties that will require the services of the other Party. Lead: a potential Opportunity that has been identified by one of the Parties and which may have been qualified as a real Opportunity, for which the Parties expect to receive an RFP from the Customer. Lead Party: the Party who will lead on all business development activity with a specific Customer, who will enter into the Primary Contract with the Customer for awarded work, as further detailed in Schedule 2.
Joint Projects means projects between CSM or CSP and parties not subject to this Agreement, for development of new manufacturing processes, new process technologies or significant developments to other process technology, such as new stand-alone blocks of process technology that are separate from but may be coupled with the other process technology and when coupled with other process technology, enable the manufacture of products having increased functionality. "Joint Projects" shall not include improvements to other process technology such as changes or additions to a process which improves or modifies it in some manner, including but not limited to increasing manufacturing throughput, increasing the performance, quality or yield of devices manufactured using the process, decreasing the cost of utilizing the process, or enabling the use of different materials. Examples of Joint Projects in a sentence

  • Novartis may have access to up to five (5) Programs of Research of which at least two (2) will be Joint Projects and no more than three (3) will be At-Novartis Projects.

  • Rigel, as from time to time it may be directed by the CMC, shall transfer to Novartis at no additional cost to Novartis such Rigel Technology and Rigel Core Technology as shall be necessary for the purpose of enabling Novartis to perform its responsibilities under the applicable Program of Research of Joint Projects to identify Novel Validated Targets.

Joint Projects is de�xxx as any project with which Tenant is involved as either a client, partner, investor, or �nancier, and all Approved Users shall use or occupy space in the Premises only so long as the joint project business relationship described above is maintained and ongoing and only for the purpose for suchjoint project; (h) in no event shall any use or occupancy of any portion of the Premises by any Approved User release or relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease; (i) Tenant’s insurance and indemnity obligations under this Lease shall cover and apply to all Approved Users and the employers of Approved Users; (j) in no event shall the occupancy of any portion of the Premises by Approved Users be deemed to create a landlord/tenant relationship between Landlord and such Approved Users, and, in all instances, Tenant shall be considered the sole tenant under the Lease notwithstanding the occupancy of any portion of the Premises by the Approved Users; and (k) the Approved Users’ use of the Premises shall be subject and subordinate to all of the terms and conditions ofthis Lease. 7.8 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, if Tenant or any proposed subtenant or assignee claims that Landlord has unreasonably withheld or delayed its consent or otherwise has breached or acted unreasonably under this under this Article VII, the sole remedies shall be a suit for contract damages (other than damages for injury to, or interference with, Tenant’s business including, without limitation, loss of pro�ts, however occurring) or a declaratory judgment and an injunction for the relief sought, and Tenant hereby waives the provisions of Section 1995.310 of the California Civil Code, or any successor statute, and all other remedies, including, without limitation, any right at law or equity to terminate this Lease, on its own behalf and, to the extent permitted under all applicable laws, on behalf of the proposed subtenant or assignee.
