Joint Pledge. The City and the Lodge shall not discriminate against any member on the basis of the member's age, race, color, sex, creed, religion, ancestry, marital status, veteran's status, military status, political affiliation, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation as provided by law.
Joint Pledge. The provisions of this Contract shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining Unit without regard to age, color, disability, gender identity or expression, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or military status.

The City and the O.L.C. shall not discriminate against any member of the bargaining unit on the basis of the member's age, race, color, sex, creed, religion, ancestry, marital status, veteran's status, political affiliation, national origin, gender identity or expression, military status, familial status, genetic information, disability or sexual orientation as provided by law.
Joint Pledge. The provisions of this Agreement will be applied equally to all employees without regard to age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, race, color, religion, political affiliation, disability, pregnancy, ancestry, marital status, national origin, military, or veteran status. The City and the Union agree to work jointly to maintain a culture within the bargaining unit free from discrimination and to promote equal employment opportunity in the application of this Agreement. The City and the Union further agree that the provisions of Administrative Order 2.66 will govern all reporting, investigatory and disciplinary procedures pertaining to allegations of discrimination and or harassment. Any such investigation or disciplinary procedure may run concurrently with the grievance procedure as outlined in Article 9.

As provided by law, neither the Employer nor the Lodge shall discriminate against any member on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, political affiliation, military status, veteran status, pregnancy, ancestry, marital status, or application for or participation in the workers’ compensation program. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all members without regard to any of these factors.
Joint Pledge. The City and the OPBA shall comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination against any member on the basis of the member’s age, race, color, sex, gender, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, political affiliation, veteran’s or military status or application for or participation in the State workers’ compensation program.
Joint Pledge. The Sheriff and the Union shall not unlawfully discriminate against any member of the bargaining unit on the basis of the member's age, race, color, sex, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, ancestry, marital status, national origin, handicap, political affiliation or a disability as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Joint Pledge. The City and the Lodge shall comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination against any member on the basis of the member's race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or ancestry, genetic information, disability, military service, sexual orientation or any other classifications protected by law.
Joint Pledge. The Employer, the FOP/OLC, and each employee agrees to comply with all applicable laws or constitutional provisions or resolutions forbidding unlawful discrimination on account of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, ancestry, veteran’s status, genetic information, military status, or political affiliation.
