Examples of Joint Patents in a sentence
The Mount Sinai Agreement allows us to research, discover, develop, make, have made, use, have used, import, lease, sell, have sold and offer certain products, processes or methods that are covered by valid claims of Mount Sinai’s interest in the Joint Patents or an Orphan Drug Designation Application covering the Data Package (“Mount Sinai Licensed Products”) in the Mount Sinai Field of Use (as such terms are defined in the Mount Sinai Agreement).
Each Party shall notify the other within [ten (10) Business Days] of becoming aware of any alleged or threatened infringement by a Third Party of any of the Precision Patents or Joint Patents, in each case in the Licensed Field in the Territory, and any related declaratory judgment, opposition, or similar action alleging the invalidity, unenforceability or non-infringement of any of the Precision Patents or Joint Patents (collectively “Infringement”).
Each Party shall promptly notify the other in writing of: (a) any allegation by a Third Party that the activity of either of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement infringes or may infringe the intellectual property rights of such Third Party; or (b) any declaratory judgment action that is brought naming either Party as a defendant and alleging invalidity of any of the Precision Patents, or Joint Patents.
