Joint Operations Committee. Has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c)(i) of Schedule G to the Terms and Conditions Schedule G
Joint Operations Committee has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4.1.
Joint Operations Committee will be initially comprised of four members (initially being Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxx Xxxxxx for the Province and Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxx for Supplier) with equal representation from each Party and the Parties may appoint or change members of the committee as mutually agreed in writing. The Joint Operations Committee will meet every two weeks during the implementation of the Services and on a monthly during the operation of the Services and will have the following functions and responsibilities under this Agreement:

  • Notice must be given or sent to the Committee Member's address or telephone number as shown on the records of the Joint Operations Committee.

Lease Fee means the fee payable by the Operator for the access, occupation and use of Reserved Capacity and Additional Capacity at the Sites, which fee is calculated in accordance with clauses 3.2 and 7.1(b).
Joint Operations Committee means the committee established under clause 30.
