Examples of Joint Operations in a sentence
Operator shall provide each Party, in a timely manner and at such Party’s sole expense, with such information with respect to Joint Operations as such Party may reasonably request for preparation of its tax returns or responding to any audit or other tax proceeding.
The Operator shall give the auditors access to all Operator's systems, documents, data and other information necessary for the audit and shall allow a general assessment of the Operator's control procedures and systems as far as these are relevant to the Joint Operations.
Under such an agreement these charges shall be excluded from the dedicated audit of the Joint Operations.
All credits from Joint Operations shall be credited to the Joint Account at the net amount actually collected.
Implementation and participation in this agreement shall be determined by each business unit according to business needs.
