JOINT MARKETING TEAM definition

JOINT MARKETING TEAM means the committee appointed pursuant to Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
JOINT MARKETING TEAM means the joint United States marketing team composed of representatives of BI and Transcend, as more fully described in Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
JOINT MARKETING TEAM means the committee appointed pursuant to SECTION 3.2 of this Agreement.

JOINT MARKETING TEAM means the group, established and conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 6.

Related to JOINT MARKETING TEAM

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
