Joint Job Evaluation Committee definition

Joint Job Evaluation Committee shall consist of no more than four (4) employees. This committee shall function in accordance with Appendix C.

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The Joint Committee appointed by the parties to deal with matters relating to job descriptions, the rating of jobs and the designating of appropriate wage grades as governed by this Manual of Procedures and the Rating Manual.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as barring either Party to this Agreement from engaging consultants and/or advisors as representatives of either Party of the Joint Job Evaluation Committee.

  • The Joint Job Evaluation Committee shall be governed by the Job Evaluation Manual.

  • For the purposes of this Memorandum, the Joint Job Evaluation Committee shall determine whether students are carrying out the principal duties of the job.

  • The decision of the Joint Job Evaluation Committee will be communicated by the Department of Human Resources to the employee and the Local President, or designate, within fifteen (15) days of that meeting.

  • A Joint Job Evaluation Committee (JJEC) consisting of three (3) representatives designated by each party, including co-chairs, will rate positions under the plan in accordance with the procedures outlined in Article 19.04 and 19.05 below.

  • Any changes to the salary rate for the reclassified position shall become effective the first day of the month following the date in which the request was received by the Joint Job Evaluation Committee.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;
