Joint IP definition

Joint IP means Joint Know-How and Joint Patent Rights.
Joint IP has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
Joint IP shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 6.1(b).

Examples of Joint IP in a sentence

  • Site Parties understand and agree that other participating sites may also have a right to the Joint IP.

  • Each Party shall, and shall ensure that its employees, researchers, research fellows, individuals equivalent to those persons, give full cooperation and shall execute all documents, deeds and so forth as may reasonably be required in connection with the registration, protection and/or maintenance of that Joint IP.

  • Sponsor shall ensure that such other participating sites adhere to the same terms and conditions with regards to Joint IP as Site Parties.

  • Each co-owner shall be individually entitled to make unrestricted use of the Joint IP Right and to grant non-exclusive rights of use to Third Parties.

  • Failure to reimburse patent expenses within 30 days of written request for reimbursement shall be basis to terminate option and SPONSOR forgoes rights to UNIVERSTIY IP and/or exclusive rights to Joint IP.
