Examples of Joint Development Project in a sentence

  • If at any time Beacon elects to abandon further development of any Joint Development Project, Beacon shall give SPE written notice thereof.

  • The Steering Committee shall determine the strategy for, and coordinate, the publication and presentation of any results or other data generated by the Joint Development Project pursuant to this Agreement.

  • KODAK agrees to work jointly with CALCOMP as set forth in this Agreement to support it in achieving the goals and completing the Joint Development Project.
