Joint Development Period definition

Joint Development Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 below.
Joint Development Period means the period beginning on the First Closing Date and ending on such date as (i) the Parties mutually decide to cease joint activities with respect to Development of Products; provided, that Seller or Buyer may terminate the Joint Development Period by written notice to the other Party at any time after the fifth (5th) anniversary of the First Closing Date or (ii) terminated by Buyer pursuant to Section 11.1.
Joint Development Period means the period of time commencing after the Acquisition Closing Date and ending on the Commercial Operation Date.

Related to Joint Development Period

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
