Joint Development Area definition

Joint Development Area means the Joint Development Area under the Law on Thailand-Malaysia Joint Authority.
Joint Development Area means the area defined in section 2 of the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority Xxx 0000 and in section 4 of the Thailand- Malaysia Joint Authority Act B.E. 2533”
Joint Development Area means an area within two or more Contract or License Areas encompassing the lateral closure of an Oil and/or Gas reservoir(s) that are proven to underlie and be productive in two or more Contract or License Areas and is designated as such by the Agency.

  • In connection with any Joint Development Area within the Contract Area, TPDC’s share of Profit Oil Revenues indicated above from such Joint Development Area shall be increased by the number of percentage points obtained by multiplying the percentage of the Specified Proportion determined in accordance with Article VIII by TPDC’s share of Profit Oil Revenues indicated above, and PanAfrican Tanzania’s share shall be reduced accordingly.

  • Any annexation within the Joint Development Area shall require an appropriate amendment of the Intermunicipal Development Plan.

  • The Joint Development Area is referred to in this Deed as "Ka‘ulu".

More Definitions of Joint Development Area

Joint Development Area means that portion of the Contract Area covered by a Joint Operations Agreement.
Joint Development Area means the defined area of the continental shelf of the Kingdom of Thailand and Malaysia in the Gulf of Thailand described under Section 9;

  • New development means development resulting from the conversion of previously undeveloped land or agricultural land uses.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.
