Joint Committee Member definition

Joint Committee Member means a person appointed to the Joint Committee by a Partner Authority in accordance with paragraph 5.1 of the Constitution;
Joint Committee Member means the nominated representative of a Party who is a member of the Joint Committee, in accordance with the terms of reference set out in Schedule 3;
Joint Committee Member means a member of the Joint Committee appointed in accordance with this Agreement;
