Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Persons identified on the cover page to this Agreement, the signature pages to this Agreement or otherwise in this Agreement as a "Syndication Agent" or "Documentation Agent" or "Joint Book Manager" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary duty to or fiduciary relationship with any Lender.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, none of the Persons identified on the cover page to this Agreement, the signature pages to this Agreement or otherwise in this Agreement as a "Syndication Agent" or "Documentation Agent" or "Joint Book Manager" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than if such Person is a Lender, those applicable to all Lenders as such.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, none of the entities listed on the cover page of this Agreement as a "Syndication Agent" or "Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Book Manager", in their capacities as such, shall have any duties or obligations of any kind under this Agreement.
